FX Algorithmic Trading Senior C++/Unix Developer-London-Circa £120,000 plus considerable bonus/benefits
My client is a hugely successful US Investment Bank, a recognized market leader with a huge global presence.
The firm has established itself as being the forefront of the algorithmic trading space and the FX business itself is going through a huge growth phase.
The business is extremely lucrative and the firm has placed a huge emphasis on the growth and continued dominance of the electronic trading team over the coming years.
For this reason we have a unique opportunity for a very talented C++ developer to join the very exclusive algorithmic trading team here in London.
The C++ developer will join a fast paced e-FX desk, working closely with trading, sales and strategists and taking a key responsibility on the design and development of the real-time distributed trading platform.
You will be expected to leverage off your background in both technology and business, and play a leading role in a number of innovative, business critical development projects.
The successful C++ developer will have the following skill set:
-Hands on development with realtime systems,
-High Frequency Algo Trading Design Experience,
-Extensive C++,
-Linux,
-Multi-threading,
-STL,
-Background in FX,
-Good communication skills,
-Ability to lead.
