A unique opportunity has come up to join a highly regarded commodity finance desk in Hong Kong.
My client, a top institution, is eager to add to its team in the coming months and is actively looking for Commodity Finance specialists to join the team.

The role will involve:
-Origination, structuring and execution of structured commodity financing related transactions,
-Drafting of credit proposals, including risk and financial analysis,
-Develop trading strategies on a front-to-back basis, including all relevant aspects such as development and implementation,
-Purchase of sovereign risk assets : notes and bonds, and participation in syndicated transactions,
-Originating a deal flow for the other business lines of the bank, particularly in the commodities hedging.

The types of candidate my client would consider for this role would have the following skills:
-Ability to originate, develop and maintain new client relationships,
-Developed loan structuring knowledge expertise,
-Knowledge in commodity finance structuring covering oil and gas.
